I'm a Melbourne based women's and pelvic health physiotherapist, passionate about educating and empowering women to move, feel strong and be the best versions of themselves.
Early on in my physiotherapy career, my interest in women's and pelvic health physiotherapy was sparked by seeing and speaking to so many women experiencing women's and pelvic health conditions. It has been my mission ever since to support and educate as many women as I can with their health. I have completed several women's and pelvic health courses, and have experience with pre/postnatal conditions, pelvic conditions such as incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain, as well as supporting women to achieve their exercise and sports goals.
As a mother to a very energetic toddler and another on the way, I am particularly passionate about supporting those through their pregnancy, birth and post partum journey. Your mind, body and lifestyle goes through so many changes through pregnancy and motherhood (and it continues to change, might I add!) - I know first hand it isn't easy. I also understand that every single woman is different - you all have different stories, medical histories, goals and aspirations. I love being able to piece the bits of the puzzle together, make sense of the body and help you move, feel fabulous in your body in what you do every single day: no matter what your condition is or what your goal might be.
My aim is to provide unbiased, evidence based and holistic care to all women. I am so honoured to to have been a part of so many women's journeys in understanding, honouring, and looking after your body... and I am looking forward to being a part of many more!
If I am not at work, you'll probably find me on an adventure with my little one, on the hunt for a good coffee/tea and brunch, at the gym, or cooking up a storm.
